What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine refers to the provision of evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a patient via electronic means such us telephone and video conferencing. During this COVID 19 pandemic, telemedicine ensures the patients and the healthcare professionals hassle free and risk free environment to interact. Patients can consult the doctor from the safety of their home which will minimise the risk of contracting the virus. You need a computer with web camera and internet connectivity, you can also avail the facility through your smart phone after downloading our app from the play store.
How to book your Telemedicine appointment?
You can book a telemedicine appointment in 3 ways. If you are an existing patient of Mar Sleeva Medicity Palai and have a MR number, please log into our mobile app using you mobile number and password and select 'Book Appointment' from the home page. Choose the department and doctor you want to consultant. Select the date in which you wish to book the appointment and then go on and choose a time slot that is convenient for you. Select your MR number and book the appointment. You will be directed to the the payment option next. Click on the 'Pay Now' tab and you will have 4 options of payment to choose from. You can pay the consultation fee using your credit/ debit cards, net banking, third party wallets or UPI. Make the payment and you'll get a conformation message. You can book appointment through marsleevamedicity.com as well following the same set of instructions. If you are new patient, you can call us on the given phone number 8281699243 and our executive will guide you to register with us. After you get your MR number, follow the steps mentioned above to book the consultation.

Do you have Ambulance services?
Yes, we have Ambulance services round the clock. For emergencies call us on 94 00 88 55 00 and free ambulance facility is available within 15 Kilometers.
Are all doctors available 24 hours?
Yes, doctors are available round the clock. Our OP timing is from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM from Monday to Saturday and emergency department is working 24 X 7.
Is food from outside allowed into the Hospital?
As per our hospital protocol outside food is not permitted.
What are your visiting hours?
Usually our hospital visiting time is 7.00 AM to 8.00 AM and 5.00 PM to 7.00 PM from Monday to Saturday and Sundays 12.00 Noon to 1.00 PM and 5.00 PM to 7.00 PM. Currently, visitors are restricted due to Covid 19 pandemic situation.
