How to book your appointment?
You can book a telemedicine appointment in 3 ways. If you are an existing patient of Mar Sleeva Medicity Palai and have a MR number, please log into our mobile app using you mobile number and password and select 'Book Appointment' from the home page. Choose the department and doctor you want to consultant. Select the date in which you wish to book the appointment and then go on and choose a time slot that is convenient for you. Select your MR number and book the appointment. You will be directed to the payment option next. Click on the 'Pay Now' tab and you will have 4 options of payment to choose from. You can pay the consultation fee using your credit/ debit cards, net banking, third party wallets or UPI. Make the payment and you'll get a conformation message.
