Dr. Prijith Abraham Thomas began his career in Medicine from the Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram after completion of his MBBS in 2009, he then proceeded to secure his MD General Medicine from Government Medical College, Kottayam in 2014. After which, he completed his DM in Gastroenterology from Government Medical College, Kottayam in 2018.
Dr. Prijith worked in the Kerala Government’s Health Services post his MBBS & MD. Post his DM in Medical Gastroenterology, he worked in the Government Medical College Hospital, Kottayam as Assistant Professor. Prior to joining Mar Sleeva Medicity Palai, he worked as consultant in Medical Gastroenterology in KIMS Hospital, Kottayam.
He has published a study on the Role of Fibro scan to detect significant Liver Disease in the National Journal. He has also attended and presented posters in the State and National conferences of the Society of Gastroenterology & Hepatology.
